My name is Mizuki, I am originally from Japan but now live in London. I work for Caravan Coffee Roasters as a barista and quality control assistant.

I started my coffee career in 2017, and ever since my focus has been brewing and drinking delicious cups of coffee in various forms and with different characteristic. I love to share this passion with others to learn and discover more about coffee.

What unique skills or perspective do you bring to the competition?
I believe that my uniqueness stems from my Japanese heritage. Growing in the coffee scene in London with this perspective allowed me to be original and learn how to find the harmony in different things.
