My name is Michal Makovič, and I'm owner of Karma coffee, a specialty coffee shop and roastery. I've been working with coffee for 6 years, and my recent passion is creating coffee cocktails. My favourite origin is Colombia, due the amazing range of coffee varieties, processes and flavour profiles.

Like infused homemade ingredients for drinks. Like to play with texture of coffee (making coffee foam, coffee reduction, nitro based coffee) form instant serving, or base for cocktail, or as pairing with deserts or food.
