After joining the industry in 2017 I have spent this years constantly pushing myself. Progressing from my early days as a front of house scared of the steamwand to becoming part of the QC protocol here at Dark Arts Coffee. I am so grateful for the all the opportunities to learn and grow this community has given me over the years. Whether in my early days at The Youth Academy or more recently competing and training with some very knowledgeable people in the industry. The fun part starts now, training!
Are there any specific disciplines in the competition that you're particularly excited about?
Signature drink
What unique skills or perspective do you bring to the competition?
I am looking to bring some new looks on cocktails and coffee brewing. I do not think I am the only one but I am not afraid to go outside the SCA guidelines. I believe in trusting your palate even if it occasionally takes you outside the lines.
