Kayla Baird is a coffee professional who has spent the last ten years working in NYC. Beginning her coffee career in 2007, she is a lifelong student obsessed with learning something new daily. Kayla has assisted in the openings of several NY cafes and has been a barista, coffee educator, trainer, cafe manager, cupper, US Brewers Cup judge, and more recently an international juror for the Cup of Excellence in Mexico and Colombia. She competed in the 2023 NY Coffee Masters, getting knocked out by 1 point in the quarter-finals, and is thrilled to be back on the stage for the first time in London.

I am a 4x US Brewers Cup judge, 2x International Juror for Cup of Excellence, and a quarterfinalist in the 2023 NY Coffee Masters. I will be training to be a USBrC head judge in 2024.
