Company: Minor Figures
Since 2012 I’ve worked in specialty coffee in Leeds, Glasgow and London, but these days I look after all things coffee for Minor Figures in the UK and Europe. When I’m not competing, I’m either the MC, the party planner extraordinaire or occasionally my drag alter-ego Auntie Climax - the hostess in a gross dress.

Signature drink
What sparked your interest in becoming a barista?
Just obsession for flavour. I was served a pourover with pineapple tasting notes and thought, ‘Yeah sure bro.’ It was pineapple in the cup. Blew my mind. Needed to know more and needed a job, so here we are 11 years later.
