THE COFFEE BEING USED BY OUR CONTENDERS WON'T BE REVEALED UNTIL THE COMPETITION KICKS OFF. HOWEVER, WE'RE EXCITED TO SHARE SOME DETAILS ABOUT THE REMARKABLE ROASTER BEHIND IT ALL – CARAVAN COFFEE ROASTERS.

Caravan opened their doors in 2010 with the mission to serve specialty coffee alongside all-day dining. This all culminated in installing a roaster in the basement of their first restaurant, where they would roast in the middle of the night to save money on the leccy bill.

Fast forward to today (thankfully in a North London warehouse now), they roast exceptional coffee for the global-minded. The global-minded are curious, inclusive, and open to diverse cultures, perspectives, and experiences, embracing what unites and enriches us from around the world and, well, we make coffee for them.
