The AQUA Pearls For You and Planet Blue Foundation* is a private charitable, non-profit foundation that supports BWT's B.waterMISSION to provide sustainable taps and water supply in Africa. The mission's purpose, to help humanity and our planet blue, has four key objectives: to improve access to clean drinking water across the world, to fight against water poverty, to promote sustainability, and to protect the environment. To date, 440 million litres of water have been dispensed through the foundation funded dispensers across Gambia. Specifically, we have water dispensers in various locations within Bondali, Jarreng, Jafai Koto and Boiram.

Many otherwise excellent organisations, provide the installation of a well without planned maintenance so they can easily fall into disrepair. The B.waterMISSION project's success is based on charging for the water, but the money is then pumped back into the project to pay for upkeep of the pumps and well. An intelligent water dispenser is installed to ensure that the water operation is accurately monitored. All income obtained can then easily be tracked, controlled, and used transparently by private organisations or authorities to pay for the ongoing maintenance of the water systems. The concept BWT brings to the Horeca market is the same, that the right water solution should include all the support that keeps it relevant every hour of every day.

BWT water + more will be retailing pink Climate bottles on stand HP04 where some of the proceeds will be going towards the AQUA Pearls For You and Planet Blue Foundation*. The double walled, stainless steel bottle keeps your cold drinks cold for up to 24 hours, and your favourite beverages hot for up to 12 hours. With a convenient 500ml capacity, it is perfect for individuals on the move around the venue.
