My name is Alexandra, I’m 24 and I’m from Bucharest. I’m a barista at Origo Coffee for almost three years. I’m excited about new learning opportunities and that’s why the ever expanding coffee domain interested me. I love working with people and interacting with guests while sharing coffee knowledge along with a good cup of coffee.

I also love the cocktail craft, the way I can make my creativity shine throught different cocktails and garnishes. Besides my work I like to take long walks through the city to discover new coffee shops and recently I took up bouldering, to train my mind and body. I can’t wait to come back to the Coffee Master’s stage to face the challenges!

What sparked your interest in becoming a barista?
I had this fantasy of working somewhere peaceful such a library or coffee shop.Turns out working in a specialty coffee shop is not that peaceful, but it’s a lot of fun.
