This is our fourth year attending at London Coffee Festival and we are as excited as we were the first time. This year we will attend this amazing Event with the products from our 3 different lines:

- Fiorenzato Home, prosumer grinders with premium features for domestic or professional use
- Pietro Grinders, manual coffee grinder with vertical flat burrs inside, which combines high end design with unmatched performances

PROFESSIONAL LINE:
The best sellers of our On Demand lines will be available in all their variants including the Pro models and the XGi.
Our PRO Line is equipped with a detachable grinding chamber: removable simply releasing the two levers located on either side of the grinder. This plug-and-play technology allows easy cleaning and maintenance without changing the distance between the burrs, to be always ready for the next coffee.
The XGi weighting system (patented by Fiorenzato) instead allows the users to set just once the exact amount of coffee (calculated in grams) to be dispensed and guarantees consistent results in the cup. Thanks to this feature, the coffee grinder will be extremely easy to use, with a greater precision and quality. The constant control by the software will also allow less wastes, as you can precisely adjust the amount of coffee to be ground.

The entire range will be displayed, with the new AllGrounds ProBrew and Sense.

This unique coffee grinder from Fiorenzato Home allows you to extract all the aromas from your coffee thanks to its precision ring nut, its low retention bellow and its burrs’ geometry designed specifically for your filter preparations.
This is the perfect partner for all the “Coffee Pros” out there. To minimize the coffee wastes, the traditional bin hopper got replaced by the low retention bellow, which reduces the coffee retention in the grinding chamber. Thanks to the precision ring nut you can easily decide the grinding microns for your perfect filter coffee. Last but not least, the Dark-T burrs that feature this grinder are designed to last five times longer than our classical burrs and to extract the true aromas of your coffee by reducing the fines.nge will be displayed, with the new AllGrounds ProBrew and Sense.
ALLGROUND SENSE:
The latest member to the Fiorenzato Home family: it fully embodies the innovative spirit that distinguishes this product line.
AllGround Sense allows you to have an unmatched precision at every dose of coffee (espresso, moka, filter) thanks to its fork with a built-in scale and its patented anti-jamming protection system.
In addition to this, the dedicated touchscreen display, helps users to select the desired grams for each preparation with an outstanding precision in all conditions.
PIETRO:
The Vertical Revolution, not just a manual coffee grinder, but an iconic and timeless work of design. Born to offer to coffee lovers the maximum freedom of expression. This design product is equipped with the new 58mm flat vertical burrs made in M340 stainless steel with Dark-T coating. It comes in two variants: Multipurpose burrs, made to be versatile, capable of reducing the concentration of fines as much as possible (espresso, moka or filter); ProBrewing burrs, designed to extract the true aromas of your coffee, perfect for your filter preparations.
Our Schedule for the Event days is really dense. We will have the privilege of welcoming on our stand for our Burrs Bar, Roasters like Nostos Coffee (11th of April), North Star Coffee Roasters (12th of April), WatchHouse (13th of April) and Roasted Caffee (14th of April).
