What do you believe sets you apart from other baristas?
I continuously strive to improve, and my dedication to ongoing education has significantly refined my palate and deepened my understanding of coffee. 

What inspired you to pursue a career in coffee?
I didn't initially have a passion for coffee, but rather for flavour in general. When I stumbled upon coffee, it opened up a whole new world of possibilities. The constant evolution of techniques, flavours, and experiences ensures that there is always something new to learn, keeping my passion alive and ever-growing.

What unique skills or perspective do you bring to the competition?
My background in both coffee and bartending gives me a unique perspective, allowing me to approach challenges in creative ways. I'm not afraid to try new things and push the limits of what I know, but I also value the importance of being true to the craft.
