What's your favourite coffee filter recipe, and why?
I love a good 15:1 ratio with my coffees.  I found this really brings out the fruitiness while giving a good full body to the coffee.  I will break this brew into a bloom, then 3-4 pulses depending on how much coffee I am making.

What inspired you to pursue a career in coffee?
Once I learned that over 100 hands touch the coffee before I get it, and I am the one to represent all of those people at the final step, I was sold.  It is a lot of weight on my shoulders to uphold all the hard work they have put in and showcase it the best way possible.
