What do you believe sets you apart from other baristas?
I believe teaching coffee is a difficult task and really getting your audience to listen and understand what you're talking about is tough. But through engaging methods that reach all learning types and coffee backgrounds I believe this sets me apart from others. 

What inspired you to pursue a career in coffee?
I took a gap year to South Africa and fell in love with the specialty scene out there before I came to London. Then working in London made me realise that there's such a huge community within coffee and one day I want to be able to open my own store, and focus on the community around it.
