Describe your journey in the coffee industry so far including any notable career achievements to date
Around a year ago, my friend and former colleague Alina proposed the idea of co-founding a coffee bar. I immediately accepted and we planned the opening of Sale Moon, leaving University during my second year to do so.

What's your favourite coffee filter recipe, and why?
I focus on brew ratio and water temperature mostly, and I gravitate towards the classic Orea because of its ability to produce really sweet and bright brews

What motivates you to participate in the Coffee Masters competition?
Every competition is a potential opportunity to put myself out of my comfort zone and grow as both a coffee professional and as a person. When I spectated at last year's coffee masters at LCF, I knew it would be the perfect competition to push myself to learn more and gain confidence on a competitive stage
