Describe your journey in the coffee industry so far including any notable career achievements to date 
I started as a barista in 2018 and became the manager of a well-known cafe in Vilnius three years ago. Managing a cafe that's been a part of the city for over 10 years has been a rewarding experience and showed me how hard work pays off.

What inspired you to pursue a career in coffee? 
I never planned to work in coffee - it started as a temporary job. But Ieva and Domas, who led one of the most influential coffee movements in Vilnius and Lithuania, inspired me with their passion and knowledge. They showed me how coffee is so much more than just a drink.

What unique skills or perspective do you bring to the competition?
A unique mix of coffee expertise and culinary inspiration. With experience managing a top cafe and a passion for fine dining, I approach coffee with the same attention to detail as Michelin-starred restaurants. I blend traditional techniques with creative twists like milk punches and coffee caviar, offering a fresh perspective in the competition.
