Describe your journey in the coffee industry so far including any notable career achievements to date
Born and raised in São Paulo, Brazil, I have always been surrounded by a strong coffee culture. I have travelled extensively to coffee Origins to experiment and collaborat with progressive specialty coffee producers in South and Central America, Africa and Asia. 

What do you believe sets you apart from other baristas? 
I honestly don't know what set me apart from other baristas. What I know is... I always push myself to be my best version and achieve my goals. 

What inspired you to pursue a career in coffee? 
That was a moment I will never forget. It was the first time I tried a specialty espresso. The moment I sipped it I knew I wanted to learn more about this incredible complex beverage. Since then I live , I breath, I love coffee.
