What do you believe sets you apart from other baristas?
This journey has inspired me to create unique, competition-level drinks for my customers, giving them a taste of the creativity and precision that drives me. Each creation is an opportunity to push boundaries and elevate what coffee can be, blending craft and technique in every cup.

Describe your favourite coffee creation or technique
One of my most challenging and favourite coffee creations was a Coffee Champagne, for The London Coffee Masters 2022. It was an adventure in blending flavours, combining coffee, cascara, champagne, and bubbles. Let's just say, I turned my world upside down (in the best way!) to make it happen.

What inspired you to pursue a career in coffee?
I had the privilege of working on a coffee farm in Guatemala, where I witnessed the beauty, hard work, humility, dedication, and passion that define the coffee world.
