Having worked in the industry for more than 25 years, I have been fortunate to have gained experience in operations, purchasing, sales & marketing. I have also been heavily involved in café format and design, being responsible for equipment procurement, design and planning.

As a member of the SCA and ESTA for a number of years, I have also been responsible for launching the 3rd Premier Training Campus in the UK to facilitate and promote barista education. I have also been involved with the Best New Product Awards at the World of Coffee events since 2014.
