My career has been defined by a strong focus on café design and innovation, leading projects in equipment procurement, layout planning and customer experience enhancement. As an active member of both the SCA and ESTA, I played a key role in establishing the UK’s 3rd SCA Premier Training Campus, advancing barista education and professional development. Since 2014, I have also served as a judge for the prestigious Best New Product Awards at the World of Coffee events across Europe, contributing to the recognition and celebration of innovation within the industry.
