Max Milward is the Sustainable Sourcing Manager for Coffee at the Fairtrade Foundation, which is the UK arm of the global Fairtrade network. Max has been with Fairtrade for five years and works closely with all operators in Fairtrade coffee supply chains, from roasters to green bean traders to producers.
