Edwin is incredibly passionate about specialty coffee and entrepreneurism. He is the Co-Founder of Artisan, Curious Roo Coffee Roasters and the Artisan Coffee School. These three high profile coffee businesses have led to Edwin being a voice within the coffee sector and he is one of a number of coffee specialists that are at the forefront of the currently thriving independent coffee culture.
