Adam has over 25 years of experience working and volunteering in a variety of roles across industries (financial services, retail, mental health care, hospitality and tourism). This includes working for employee owned, FTSE 100, Start-up and non-profit/ charity businesses. With his latest career transition, he finds himself at B Lab UK, helping to inspire businesses to be a force for good and operate more sustainably. Interestingly, the B Corp certification seems to be increasingly popular for UK coffee roasters!

Coffee-wise, he's someone who prefers a Cortado or Flat White over a Cappuccino, oat over dairy, and dark rather than light roasted. He enjoys drip filter or cafetière brewed coffee at a weekend, though one day hopes to own a bean-to-cup machine and learn the art of being an (at-home) Barista. He always supports independent coffee shops, especially across London where he lives. Aside from that, he manages a jazz band and plays keys.
