The Coffee Art Project is an exciting art competition linked to the theme of coffee and is one of the core fundraising initiatives of UK Coffee Week™ 2017.
The competition showcases the creativity and talents of emerging and established artists, while engaging a deep spirit of community among those who share a passion for great coffee! Both up-and-coming and established artists are invited to submit an original piece of artwork that represents a creative, unique and personal connection to the concept of 'coffee' or a 'coffee shop experience'.
Artists specialising in all media types can submit any form of art, including: paintings, drawings, photography, film, design, sculpture and conceptual art.
This unique project gives artists the opportunity to be part of a growing creative community with a passion for coffee whilst raising money for our chosen charity: Project Waterfall.
The winning artist will receive a cash prize of £1,000 and three other shortlisted runners-up will receive £250. Visitors to The London Coffee Festival 2017 will also be able to vote for their favourite piece!
Pieces of artwork from The Coffee Art Project can now be purchased online from here.
